1. Free Trial
All Datricx plans include a 7-day free trial with full access to every AI agent on your selected plan. During the trial, claims run in sandbox mode — no real EDI transmissions occur. No credit card is required to start a trial. You will not be billed anything during your trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Datricx subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. After cancellation:
- You will retain full access to the platform until the end of the paid period.
- No further charges will be made.
- Your practice data will be retained for 30 days after the billing period ends, allowing you to export records.
To cancel, go to Settings → Billing in your Datricx account, or contact us at billing@datricx.com.
3. Monthly Subscriptions — No Partial Refunds
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will not receive a refund for the remainder of the billing period. Your access continues until the period ends.
4. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for 12 months at a 20% discount. If you cancel an annual subscription:
- Within the first 30 days of the annual term: you are eligible for a prorated refund for the unused months, minus any processing fees charged by Paddle.
- After 30 days: no refund is issued. You retain access for the remainder of the annual term.
5. Exceptions — When We Issue Refunds
We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate charge: If you were billed twice for the same period due to a system error.
- Service unavailability: If the Datricx platform experienced a verified outage exceeding 72 consecutive hours during a paid period and we failed to notify you in advance.
- Unauthorized charge: If a charge was made after a confirmed cancellation request that we can verify was submitted before the renewal date.
To request a refund under these exceptions, contact billing@datricx.com within 14 days of the charge with your account email and a description of the issue.
6. Enterprise Plans
Refund terms for Enterprise customers are governed by the individual Master Services Agreement (MSA) signed at the time of onboarding, which may differ from this policy.
7. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment processor, to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. Datricx does not issue refunds via bank transfer, check, or cryptocurrency.
8. Disputes
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us at billing@datricx.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
